That pretty much includes the entire world. I think that China, India, and Russia will end up breaking from that union as their own supreme selves when the Unions borders begin to fade. Those three countries will not die out as they are, on there own, super powers.

If my math is correct I do believe that would equal to 10 kingdoms governed by a world government (the UN). Given the UN and its limited authority I think that world war would still be possible given a one world government... Who knows? Oh yeah, God does. *smacks self*
