Just wanted to give God some Glory for his abundant grace, mercy and faithfulness.
As some of you know, the other cook where I work had suffered a massive heart attack and then a stroke during his quadruple bypass surgery. Well, he is home, and walking (albeit with a cane, but still...). He will never return to cooking, but is in the process of receiving vocational/occupational rehabilitation to do something else. God's abundant grace in this has allowed him to be around to see his children finish growing up and has allowed his precious wife a few more years of having him around... Thank You, Lord...
Also, at work, one of my tenants grandsons was last year diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, and has suffered through treatments and Chemo, etc... As of Thursday, he is Cancer Free!!!!! Praise be to our mighty God and Savior!!! His magnificent love for his children knows no bounds!!
Finally, God has granted to me the Glorious Pleasure of running a small fellowship service, with the residents, at my place of work. We are in the 3rd week and have 3 precious ladies who attend faithfully and several residents who have been to check it out. God has been opening doors to shine His precious Light everywhere, and I am both humbled and honored to be a part of it...
Praise to our Savior and Loving Lord, who has given all, that we might inherit all He has given...

I forgot about your fellowship. I'm glad that it's going well. The people there seem understandably depressed (even more so considering that they live in Tillamook). Being there and doing that for them is probably doing them a greater service than you and I even know at this time (or maybe you know). Just keep your lessons led and let patience have her perfect work As for the cook and the young man... Praise God! Not trying to be cynical, but lets pray he remains cancer free. And thank God for the cook (I forget his name). It doesn't seem possible to live through a heart attack, stroke, and an intense and risky surgery all in such a short period of time, but, of course, with God even a camel can pass through the eye of a needle. It's brilliant when he manifests himself in such a real way...
